FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

 

1. I CANNOT SEE ANY PRODUCT PRICES. WHY? 


Only registered re-sellers and trading agents are allowed to see in product prices and place orders.

If you are a trader, just register for free - after the successful activation of your account you can

discover any detailled product information and place any order of your choice.

 

 

2. I CREATED AN ACCOUNT, BUT I CAN'T SIGN IN.


Please send us your trading-licence via e-mail (info@lixano.com), fax (+49 7272.93830-99)

or by using a postal service (lixano GmbH, Im Speyerer Tal 5, 76761 Rülzheim, Germany).

After receiving your shop registration and trade license, your account will be activated immediately by our

service team and you will be informed by call or e-mail.

 

 

3. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD-HOW CAN I RECOVER IT?


After  a failed login just click "Forgot your password" under the login form.

Upon the next page, enter your e-mail address in the displayed field.

Check your e-mail inbox - you will receive a new message containing a link to edit your account password.

 

 

4. WHY CAN'T I COMPLETE MY ORDER?


The minimum order is 100,00 €.

Underneath this minimum orders cannot be completed.

 

 

5. WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?


Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, Amex), Paypal, Sofortüberweisung.de, Prepayment or payment on delivery.

Paying by direct debits is unfortunately impossible.

 

 

6. IS THERE A POSSIBILTY FOR SELF-COLLECTING MY ORDER? 


Of course, please contact us directly to process self-collecting your order .

 

 

7. HOW FAST CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?


Delivery times within Germany average usually between 2-3 working days. Delivery to other

present EU-Countries is about 7-14 working days. International Shipping can last up to 4 weeks

due to taxing and import/export regulations. Delivery periods depend on the addressed countries

and we have no influence here.

 

8. WHERE CAN I FIND THE SHIPPING-NR. OF MY ORDER?


You can find your order number in your shipment confirmation e-mail. You will receive this e-mail as soon as

your order leaves our shipping department.

 

 

9. AM I ALLOWED TO DOWNLOAD AND USE THE PRODUCT PICTURES?

 

Product images are allowed to be used only for re-selling purposes of your purchased items.

As our customer, you have to ensure that those pictures are not presented in an obscene or pornographic

context. It is also forbidden to show them in an indecent or immoral way.

The right of use ends with re-selling your purchased items, though at the latest after 2 years.

Customers are not allowed to change or edit product images used on lixano webpages. Especially watermarks,

author information or lixano-logos must not be edited or deleted.

 

 

10. MY BILLING ADRESS HAS CHANGED. 


Simply change your address infomation after logging in to your account. On the right, click "Address Book"

and enter your new one. To finish up, click "Save Address".

 

 

11. I DID NOT RECEIVE A BILL. HOW COME?


Please re-check your entered address information. Wrong entries can lead to failed

infeed in our system. If your address is correct, please give us a call or contact us by e-mail,

so we can send out your bill once again.

 

12. PRODUCT IMAGES - ARE THEY AUTHENTIC TO THE DELIVERED ITEMS?


All images are identical to the related items. 100% authenticity. After taking the photos,

every single product image runs through a detailled check on colour variations and gets

adjusted to daylight values.

 

 

13. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET SPECIAL CONDITIONS?


If you are new to lixano, special conditions depend on the desired purchasing volume of your company.

Already a customer at lixano? Of course it is possible to get special conditions. This requires reaching

contractually appointed target agreements depending on your percentage of sales.
