1. WHY ARE NO PRICES DISPLAYED?

At lixano, only registered traders can view the prices or place orders. If you are a dealer, register for free and without obligation and after successful activation you can then view the prices and place orders.

2. I HAVE REGISTERED BUT CANNOT LOG IN YET. 

Please send us proof of your business registration by e-mail info(at)lixano.com,

Post lixano GmbH, Auf der Ebnung 2, 76761 Rülzheim, Germany. After receiption and verification of your trade license we immediately activate your access and notify you by telephone or e-mail.

3. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I LOGIN?

If the login fails, "Forgot your password?" will appear in the login area. Click on the link and enter your e-mail address in the marked field. You will receive an email which will take you directly to your profile where you can change your password.

4. WHY CAN'T I COMPLETE THE ORDER?

The minimum order value is 100.00. If this is not reached, the order cannot be completed. 

5. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?

Paypal, credit card via Paypal (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), direct bank transfer, prepayment or cash on delivery. Unfortunately, payment by direct debit is not possible.

6. IS IT POSSIBLE TO COLLECT THE GOODS DIRECTLY FROM LIXANO?

Of course, please contact us directly.

7. HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR MY DELIVERY?

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1 to max. 2 working days. Shipping to EU member states 2 to max. 3 working days. International shipments can take up to 3 weeks due to export and import regulations and customs clearance. The delivery time depends on the recipient country and is not within our sphere of influence.

8. HOW CAN I GET THE SHIPPING NUMBER OF THE ORDER?

After the goods have been prepared for shipment, the consignment number will be sent to you via e-mail.

9. CAN I DOWNLOAD AND USE THE PHOTOS OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCTS FOR MY SHOP?

The photographs may only be used for the purpose of reselling the purchased goods. The customer must ensure that the images are not presented in obscene or pornographic contexts, or in other immoral manners that offends decency.

The right of use expires when the customer has sold the acquired goods, but at the latest after two years. The customer is not entitled to edit or otherwise alter photographs of lixano. In addition, they may not remove or alter references to the author or lixano in particular.

10. MY BILLING ADDRESS HAS CHANGED. WHAT AN I DO?

Change the address after successful login under "my data" and then click on "update account". 

11. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE INVOICE.

Please check your company address, as it may not be possible to send you the invoice if you enter the wrong information. If the data is correct, please contact us by phone or e-mail so that we can send you the invoice again.

12. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET SPECIAL CONDITIONS?

Special conditions granted to new customers depend on the desired purchasing volume of their company. If you are already a customer, it is possible to grant special conditions if sales-related target agreements are made, contractually agreed and achieved. Please contact us directly for negotiations.
