   3. Please print the return stamp, stick it on your package and send it back.

We want you to be satisfied with our performance. Should complaints nevertheless occur, please support us with your detailed information about the reason for the return of the goods. The complaint is made in accordance with our terms and conditions, which you can view at www.lixano.com. We will credit you the order value after receipt and successful examination of the complaint as a promotional code or replace.
